Our 4-Step Process
In this call, we will discuss your store details. We will run through all the numbers and be able to give you a cash valuation there and then.
Once we have agreed on a price, it is now time for KH Brokers to find a buyer. We have access to 700,000 vetted buyers with a total buyer fund of $2.1 billion.
Once we find a buyer to purchase your store with our agreed-upon valuation, we will use escrow.com to create the transaction. This will ensure a safe sale process between the buyer and us.
Once we’ve completed the transfer, Escrow will release the funds into your chosen bank account. You will be directly paid by Escrow.com , and we will also receive our commission simultaneously.
